Workman is operated by SpaceLinkGroup. By creating an account or using the app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Workman.

2. Who can use Workman

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, whether as a customer or a service provider. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Service listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the services, pricing, and availability they list. Workman does not verify the qualifications, licensing, or insurance of providers and does not guarantee the quality of any service booked through the app.

4. Bookings and payments

Workman connects customers and providers; it is not a party to the agreements made between them. Payment terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are agreed directly between the customer and the provider unless stated otherwise in the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or website, including posting false listings, harassing other users, attempting to bypass the app to avoid fees, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

Workman and SpaceLinkGroup are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from services booked through the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of the app and website is at your own risk.
